Brief

This exercise is a redesign of the product listing and product details page on Sam's Club website, an American chain of membership-only retail warehouse clubs owned and operated by Walmart Inc.  https://www.sams.com.mx/ 

In this task, I started my process by conducting a heuristics evaluation and UI audit to clarify where the major pain points within the usability of the website are and get a direction of what to address in my design solution.

With a comprehensive observation from Heuristic evaluation and UI Audit, I got a thorough understanding of the current site from the customers and Usability context. The site has a plethora of issues that are critical and need to react immediately to catch up with current trends to leverage the experience of the Sam's Club's website, for the longevity of the brand value and image.

I started my exercise by sketching out various design solutions by incorporating best practices and current design trends of eCommerce to solve the customer's pain points, which addresses a broad audience.
